In order to cook the liver in sour cream sauce, you will need a pork liver (500 grams), margarine (two tablespoons), parsley, which must be crushed thoroughly. For the sauce, you will need the following ingredients: onion (1 pc.), Sour cream (1.5 tbsp.), Butter, which must be softened beforehand, and do not forget salt and pepper.

Rinse the liver thoroughly, remove the film and bile ducts, now cut into small pieces, then roll them in flour and fry in a frying pan with heated margarine for ten minutes. To the liver is not hard, do not salt it before frying.

Sour cream sauce, preparation:

Cut the onions finely, then fry in a heated frying pan in creamy butter until it turns golden. Now take a second, clean frying pan and heat the flour on it ( you need to sift the flour beforehand), at the same time it is necessary to ensure that the flour does not change its color. Allow it to cool slightly and mix thoroughly with the remaining melted butter. Warm sour cream, add onions and flour, add pepper and salt to the taste, cook for five minutes and until the mixture has cooled down, it must be wiped through a sieve, then bring the mixture to a boil. To make the sauce become sharper, you need to add a small clove of garlic.
After the liver is fried, it must be put in cooked pots and pour sour cream sauce. On a baking tray pour a little water and put pots on it, then place them in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees. Leave the pots for 35 minutes, and you should make sure that the sauce does not boil.

Before the liver is served in a sour cream sauce, sprinkle with herbs, and as a garnish, use boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, friable rice or pasta.

Liver roasted in sour cream

To prepare this dish you will need the following components: liver of beef (500 grams), onion (1.pc), fresh parsley (small bunch), sour cream (one glass), carrots (2 pcs.), Sunflower oil, salt and pepper.
Take the liver and rinse it thoroughly, then cut into small pieces (no more than three centimeters). Take the frying pan and put it on the fire, add vegetable oil and put the cut liver, from time to time stir to allow the liver to be fried from all sides. Take the onion, peel and cut into half rings, add it to the liver, mix and fry until it turns golden.

Take the carrot and grate it on a grater (preferably a large grater). Add the grated carrots to the onions and liver and continue to fry. When the liver releases the juice and decreases slightly (after about 15 minutes), add the sour cream and cover the pan with a lid. At this stage, the liver should be salted and peppered, do not forget to stir regularly. Extinguish the liver should not be more than five minutes, then add the sliced greens, turn off the heat and leave for five minutes, so that the dish is insisted. As a side dish, it is recommended to use vegetables, cereals, spaghetti.
