Kurban Bekievich arranged it for the fans of the club. In 2002, the Kazan team entered the elite division, which was already an achievement. But that was only the beginning. But he had to build everything from scratch. Football in the republic was just emerging. "Rubin" had no normal leadership, no fields, no training bases. Kurban Berdyev took on not only the duties of a coach. At the same time, the specialist had a hotel and five good fields. Very strongly mentored the future of the team. Soon, thanks to the efforts of Kurban Bekievich, a boarding school appeared, in which it was necessary not only to play well, but also to study perfectly. Berdiyev wanted disciples discipline. Discipline is the basis of Berdiyev's team. "Ruby" did not have well-known players. The team game brought the first serious trophies and pride for the club to the Kazan fans. In 2008 and 2009 the club became the champion of Russia, won the Cup and the Super Cup of the country. In 2009, players of "Rubin" pleased the fans, beating the formidable "Barcelona".

2001-2013 became the era of Kurban Bekievich Berdyev in the Kazan team. In 2014, the management dismissed the coach, which was very ambiguous. Many experts call this the main mistake in the history of "Rubin".

"Rostov"

In December 2014, "Rostov" was in a stalemate. The team ranked last in the standings. It seemed that no one could save her. Having headed it in the middle of the season, Berdyev managed to leave "Rostov" in the elite division.

The season 2015/16 was marked in the Russian football by the fact that "Rostov" entered the fight for the title of champion with the main favorites. Often he was called "Russian Lester."
