Installing the satellite dish yourself: in this case there is nothing complicated

If you purchased a satellite dish, you will immediately be asked about the ways of installing it. Of course, you can invite specialists for this. But is this a rational decision? Installing a satellite dish yourself is quite real and not at all difficult. The first thing to do in this case is to determine the place where your antenna will be located. This will help you with these tips:

1. An open survey is required on the satellite. Between the antenna and the satellite there should be no obstacles (windows, balcony peaks, etc.)
2. All satellites are located in the south-west and south-east direction. It is advisable to check the direction of the compass.

Now it's up to little - to install the system on the prepared mount. The fixing nuts should not be tightened to the end, so that the antenna can later be turned. All work at height is associated with risk. And if you decide to install the antenna yourself, then you need to use personal protective equipment (cables, mounting belts).
