For this, you need to measure two dense cardboard boxes (thick corrugated cardboard, bound cardboard or other available) with the size of the block itself + half a centimeter on each side. Also it is necessary to cut out the cardboard in length and width, like a block with sheets, plus half a centimeter in height (in width it is not necessary). Then you need to take a piece of beautiful paper, fabric or leather 5-7 centimeters more on each side, rather than the former cover of the notebook. Having decomposed it exactly (if it is a fabric, it is desirable before it to iron), it is necessary to put on top of the cardboard in the following order - the front, side, back, leaving half a centimeter between them.

In order to have 100 pages in the notebook, you need 10 such books. Then these books need to be sewn.
