Several options for making swords

The following materials will be required for the job:

• For the handle - a piece of PVC pipe 20-25 cm long and 3 cm in diameter, a switch with a button, a battery compartment;
• For a light blade - a polycarbonate tube with a diameter of at least 2 cm (slightly less than the diameter of the handle) and a length of 60-70 cm (depending on the growth of the Jedi hero), 25-30 LEDs, wire cross section 0.3 square. Mm, a piece of rigid wire;
• For the sound effect of the sword and vibration - a small electric motor.

Operating procedure. How to make a sword correctly:

1. To light the blade, dissipate, cover the tube with colored paint from the can or wrap it around with electrical tape.
2. A chain is assembled from the LEDs. The first of them is attached to the bare wire. Then you need to fix the chain on a piece of rigid wire and place the inside of the sword blade.
3. A hole for the switch is cut in the handle. It is also necessary to provide a slot for the battery.
4. After connecting the light parts, the edge of the blade wrapped around the insulating tape fits snugly into the handle.
5. The sound motor, connected to the common power supply, is attached to the handle.
