It should be noted that this practice is not new and is applied everywhere not only in Russia, but also in many countries of the world: Finland, Denmark. The work is carried out on a contractual basis, therefore in this case the interests of the consumer, as well as the contractor, will be legally protected.

Of course, a small part of your apartment building will go into someone's property, and this can cause some disagreement among the members of the partnership. But try to soberly assess the situation: an empty basement, serving as a refuge for homeless people and other marginal persons, is for you something of value? The same can be said about the attic room with a leaky roof. Answer yourself: you will feel the damage from the fact that these parts of the house will pass into someone's legal possession and for this your house will be repaired?
