4. The last step will be a line that will later become the lapel of the headgear. To do this, in the very first drawn circle, draw a line along the top so that it is parallel to the top face of the geometric figure and ends at the sides.

On the head of a snowman, you just need to choose the place where the head-dress will end, and draw a line there. Next, another parallel strip should be drawn, rounded around the edges in such a way that these edges connect with the line drawn initially.
