How often we limited our dinners with "fast food" in the form of pies from the pirozhka around the corner! And how many times a dinner for the whole family consisted of only one "branded" dish under the conscription name "instant noodles with sausages"? Well, just because there is nothing more in the fridge ... But this dish is very quickly boring.

It would seem that everyone knows how to cook sausages. Just throw in boiling water - that's all. But after all home "fast food" can be prepared quite differently. That's what will happen if the sausage is wrapped thinly sliced cheese, then all this wrapped in a pancake from the store and bake in the oven? Correctly. It will be fast and very tasty. Instead of pancakes, you can use lavash or corn cake. It's to your liking.

And if you cook a sausage with fried onion or pickled cucumbers, with Bulgarian pepper or olives or just with mustard, the annoying unleavened taste of modern "meat-containing" sosisochek will be more attractive.

Basically, in how to cook sausages, the technology has not changed at all during the existence of these little thin sausages. Well, except that now it is recommended to take cellophane film from sausages even before cooking, and before cooking directly in the film - it was believed that so the sausage retains more useful substances. Well, yes, everything is correct. Then they, useful substances, were present in the sausages. But now they are not. And the shell itself does not contribute to the preservation of health.

Still, how to cook sausages so that if not a masterpiece of cooking, then at least something not so quickly boring and bored? To do this, you can use everything that is in the refrigerator, for example, eggs. Sausages are fried in a frying pan, and from above we make an omelet or a glaze - this method of cooking is known quite widely. And if together with sausages to fry tomato slices, this will make the dish more diverse and tasty, almost at the exclusive level.
And even in the refrigerator can remain yesterday's half-eaten rice and the remains of canned corn. Then it is quite possible to cook a completely unique dish, which for some reason has not been patented yet. Sausages and tomatoes can be cut, fried, add rice and corn and pour eggs. In the oven, keep until the test is ready.

Now a little about how to properly cook sausages so that they do not burst. First, they need to be thrown directly into boiling water, but not into cold water, although many do so. Secondly, you need to cook sausages for about five minutes, not more. It's enough.

And in general, you can cook sausages for about five minutes, not even in water, but for a couple - it will be even better. And it's not a fact that you have to use a steamer for this purpose, you can do it in a conventional pan. Pour water into the pan to half, top - two wooden spoons crosswise, on them we hang sausages.
