How to cook oatmeal cookies? A simple recipe for cooking

Or the taste of a homemade pie made according to Mama's signature recipe. As children like cutlets "in the garden", and adults - oatmeal cookies. It does not work at home exactly the same. But we will still try! Below we will tell you how to cook oatmeal cookies. A simple recipe completely corresponds to GOST. Perhaps, it is you who will get it prepared.

We need: one glass of sugar, two eggs, two glasses of oatmeal, half a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, one third of a glass of walnuts, one tablespoon of wheat flour, one hundred grams of butter. Oatmeal cookies, the simple recipe of which we give, is done very quickly. Oat flakes are ground in a blender or coffee grinder to the state of flour. Pour into a separate container. Then we sift the wheat flour, add vanilla sugar and chopped walnuts. Lubricate butter and a half of sugar. Beat eggs with a fork or blender and carefully put into the oil-sugar mixture. The remaining sugar is dissolved in a saucepan in two tablespoons of water and brought to a boil. Once the mixture has a light brown tinge, remove it from the fire. Add one more spoon of water and mix. Let it cool down, and then pour into the egg mixture. Thoroughly mix. We introduce flour with nuts, while not forgetting to stir it. For a change, you can add other components: chocolate, nuts, dried fruits, etc. We make the dough. It should not be very tight, but it should not stick to your hands. Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees. We put parchment on the baking tray. The dough is rolled out with a layer 1 cm thick and we cut out the shape that our homemade oatmeal cookies will be. A simple recipe suggests another option. We roll small balls and gently squash them into flat cakes of the same size. We put it on a baking sheet and bake for twenty-twenty-five minutes. Hot biscuits can be decorated with glaze, sesame or oat flakes. It is very easy to prepare the glaze. For this, we melt fifty grams of chocolate, three tablespoons of milk and four tablespoons of powdered sugar in a water bath and mix. Done!

Such an oatmeal cookie, the simple recipe of which we will describe below, is prepared very quickly and easily. It is suitable for those who do not like to bother with cooking for a long time. We need a half cup of oatmeal, half a cup of wheat flour, the same amount of sugar and butter, half a teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of water and orange peel to taste. Mix all ingredients except water and baking powder. We introduce butter, rubbing it with the hands with the rest of the mass. After that, add the baking powder and water. From the received test we form the ball. We roll into a layer about half a centimeter thick. Now cut out the cookie with a stencil. In a preheated oven to 190 degrees for twenty minutes bake. Done!
