If you are just learning to cook, then use our recipe and surprise your guests. For this delicious dessert we will need such products:

  • Wheat flour - 500 grams.
  • Sour cream - 700 grams.
  • Sugar - 150 grams.
  • Sugar powder - 150 grams.
  • Slaked vinegar soda - half a teaspoon.
  • One banana and kiwi.
  • Walnuts.
  • Milk chocolate.
  • Poppy - 30 grams.

  • Mix in a deep bowl of sugar, 300 grams of sour cream and slaked soda. Add the flour to the products and mix the dough.
  • Divide the workpiece into eight parts and roll each with a rolling pin. Cut out the circles.
  • Bake the cakes in the oven until cooked.
  • Whisk the remaining sour cream with the powdered sugar and add to the cream poppy.

  • Water for impregnation - 130 ml.
  • Cognac - one tablespoon.
  • Butter - 200 grams (150 grams - for cream and 50 - for chocolate decoration).
  • Condensed milk is half a jar.
  • Boiled condensed milk - one pot.
  • Peanuts - 100 grams.
  • Dark chocolate is 200 grams.
  • Cream - 100 ml.

Recipe

  • Whip four proteins into a strong foam, and then add to them one spoonful of 75 grams of sugar.
  • Separately mix the yolks with the remaining sugar (75 grams). Gradually add whipped proteins to them, mixing the ingredients with a spatula. Add the sifted flour to the products.
