How to achieve the goal, turning the dream into an intention

How will you succeed? Such a question necessarily arises before any single-minded person. The pursuit of achievements, the setting for ourselves of new tasks are features that are inherent in nature both in men and women. How to achieve your goal? This process is like realizing a dream , fulfilling desires. A lot of books and articles have been written on this subject. In some of them it is written that the dream, which became the goal, is often realized without active human actions, the authors of other publications assert that it is necessary to work hard and make titanic efforts.

And what is the difference between fulfilling desires and achieving goals? Probably that desires and dreams are sometimes unattainable, and sometimes even belong to the realm of fantasy. On the other hand, if the dream lies not only in the plane of the spiritual world, but potentially feasible in the material world, then the next question becomes urgent: "How to achieve the goal?". Plans in this case are very different. Someone wants to enter a higher educational institution or a device for good and profitable work. Other people dream of creating a family, and still others are trying to defeat a serious illness.

The above goals are theoretically achievable, are not they? But, if, for example, a person dreams of becoming an astronaut or a surgeon, but at the same time is in retirement age, weak in health, illiterate, how to achieve the goal in such cases? Probably not! Such dreams are called fruitless, and they are not in the material plane and not even in the spiritual, but in the realm of fantasy.

Such people can only be advised - to devote more time to raising children. Perhaps, it is the descendants who will accomplish such goals. You can call the above-mentioned principle fundamental and formulate this: "Your dreams must be realizable, at least theoretically!". If so, how to achieve the goal? A dream that is actually fulfilled is accompanied by desires connected with its embodiment. Desires, in turn, turn into goals. Then it's time to stop dreaming and start acting.

Empty dreams and desires can be expressed as follows: "It's good to be a rich man! That's to become healthy!". Really realizable goals are formulated differently: "I will become rich! I will be healthy! To fulfill my intentions, starting from this moment, I will take certain steps!". With this approach, a person not only asks himself how to achieve the goal, but also develops a detailed plan for achieving it. It is recommended that your dreams, methods for achieving them and a step-by-step plan for implementation be written down on paper. This is done in an extremely clear form, without the use of the particle "not."

The point is that instead of writing "I do not want to be sick", one should write - "I want and intend to become healthy". It will be better if the goals are written for all areas of your life: health, family, career, financial stability and so on. Over time, you may notice that some intentions are combined into one. For example: the upbringing of children is most directly related to the family, is not it? The authors of books writing on the topic under consideration recommend that you specify all the details that your goal contains, as if it had already been realized.

For example, you want to have a home. Which, in what place? You want to get a car. What is its color, brand? Well, and so on, as detailed as possible. There is really great literature that will surely help you in achieving your goals. Some statements can be described as characteristic for such books and it is worth to mention some in this article:

  • Thought is material, so you should study and try to think in a positive way.
  • Your intention must be clearly and clearly articulated and recorded.
  • Be attentive to what intuition tells you. When you see a hint, act!
  • Use all available methods to develop the thinking of a successful person. This will help to read relevant literature, communication with successful people.
  • Do not look for excuses if something does not work out, but keep moving towards the goal.
