How much does it cost to open an IP?

Almost every citizen, unsatisfied with his salary, thinks about how to work for himself, not for his uncle. An individual entrepreneur sounds proudly and beckons with unlimited prospects in terms of developing his own, blood business and solid earnings in the future.

If there is a unique idea, but not flown to the cloud, there is a financial base, assistants and some experience in accounting (or, alternatively, excellent learning ability), then it's up to small to solve some organizational issues. First, it is necessary to find out how much it costs to open an IP.

The market abounds with offers of firms ready to help with the solution of this issue, although in fact there is nothing complicated and, oddly enough, the price of the matter is quite acceptable. Generally speaking, how much it costs to issue a PI directly depends on the way it is designed: independently or through specialized firms that offer this kind of legal services. It should immediately be stipulated that this procedure is not at all complicated.

  1. Of course, it is necessary to pay the state: a fee of 800 rubles. You can pay it at any branch of the bank.
  2. 1000 rubles for notarization of the signature.
  3. Manufacturing of ordinary and most simple printing will cost about 400 rubles. More technically equipped types of seals, including those with mechanical equipment, will cost about 800 rubles.
  4. To open an account with the bank you will have to pay from 700 to 2000 rubles. This amount also includes bank payments.

So, we repeat the question: how much does it cost to open an IP? Answer:

  • With minimal expenses and with maximum success - 2900 rubles;
  • With maximum spending and luck, alas, at a low level - up to 4,600 domestic monetary units.

The sum in both the first and second versions of the development of events is not great. As usual, you'll have to travel a little by the authorities, pick up some papers, but you'll be sure that everything is done in good faith and according to the instructions. This is to the question of whether it is worthwhile entrusting the opening of IP to intermediary companies.

However, if the proverb "time is money" for you is not empty words, and there is absolutely no time or the desire to travel around the state institutions in search of help or the necessary piece of paper, there are a lot of companies offering legal services. How much it costs to open an IP through these intermediaries depends on the name of the company, the deadline for the request, and other additional offers and services.

In general, the full registration of IP by such companies will cost about 3000 rubles. Some companies at the same time offer pleasant bonuses, among which the production of printing as a gift, advice on legal issues regarding not only how much it costs to open an IP, but also about filling out the necessary documents.

Also, companies of this kind offer various services, for example, they are ready to provide only advice on completing the application for the opening of the IP. The cost of this service is about 200 rubles.

It should also be borne in mind that fact that the documents in the end (even if they are registered in a law firm) will have to be submitted independently. Alternatively, you can issue a power of attorney for the filing of documents in the name of a company representative. The costs in this situation, of course, increase.

Often, starting entrepreneurs, in addition to the question "how much is the IP", another question arises: how long does the registration process take? Typically, the process is short-lived, registration takes approximately 7 working days.

In addition, it must be taken into account that the IP can only be opened at the place of permanent residence. The availability of a temporary registration excludes this possibility.
