"Hot" for the birthday: what to cook?
Preparation for the holiday always takes a lot of effort and time. You need to decorate the house, think through the menu, buy the missing food and put yourself in order. It's amazing, but most women cope with all this easily and simply. True, sometimes even the most experienced housewives raise the question of what to cook on the festive table. Usually snacks and dessert do not cause such difficulties in the search, as "hot" for the birthday.
Very often a holiday is served, for example, meat in French. But you can cook from the same ingredients a completely new dish. In general, a piece of meat (it is best to take pork or veal) stab with as many holes as possible. In the resulting holes put finely chopped onions, carrots, garlic, bell peppers and greens. Then, on all sides, it is good to coat a piece with spices and salt. Tightly wrap in foil and bake in the oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 ° C. Finished meat cut into pieces and served with the juice. This "hot" birthday will perfectly complement the boiled potatoes. To make it fragrant, when preparing it in water, you need to add a couple of cloves of garlic, stalks of dill and parsley. And of course, it needs to be salted. And when serving on the table, it is good to butter with butter or pour the juice from the meat, sprinkle with chopped cheese and herbs. You can put boiled potatoes in the center of a large dish, and baked meat along the edges.

Pass meat and all vegetables, except pepper, through the meat grinder. Add salt to the resulting minced meat, ground pepper and mix. Peppers are washed, cut lengthwise in half and remove the stem and seeds. Stuff the halves, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put the baking tray in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Ready-made peppers are absolutely self-sufficient dish and do not require any side dish.
Of course, the choice of dishes for the holiday should be approached very carefully. Especially if it's "hot" for a birthday. But do not forget that over time, you can get tired of any dish. Therefore, it is worth periodically reviewing your menu and finding a place for experiments in it. In extreme cases, you can always prepare a small portion for a few days before the holiday.
