Is honey always useful?

Treatment with honey is allowed only in the absence of allergic reactions to it. Unfortunately, very many people can not apply this sweetness for this reason, neither internally, nor externally. These methods are bribed with their naturalness, availability and efficiency. The main components of these recipes are vegetables and fruits, herbs, other folk remedies. Honey treatment can be used in cases where medicines can do more harm than good. This applies to the treatment of young children or the elderly, for whom it is difficult to choose medication because of poor immunity .

  • Radish with honey Used to treat cough, bronchitis. To prepare the medicine you need to take one root, thoroughly wash it and cut off the tip. Then with a knife or spoon make a groove and pour honey in there. To honey has acquired healing properties, you need to leave it for several hours, and then eat 3-4 times a day for a teaspoon.
  • To cure a cough and unblown bronchitis the following composition will help: anise seeds (2 tablespoons), a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of honey dissolve in a glass of water, boil and filter. Drink 10 ml (this is 1 tablespoon) every 2 hours.
  • For very young children, you can prepare a mixture of one part of honey and one part of olive oil. Give this drug you need 2.5 ml. during the day.
  • With an acute cold provoked by adenoids, dissolve honey with red beet juice 30/70 and drip 5 drops into each nostril.
  • With constipation, it is recommended to use fresh pulp of pumpkin (or seeds) with honey or cooked pumpkin porridge.
  • Also, with strong constipation, you can alleviate the condition with a mixture of dried apricots and prunes (400 grams each), Alexandria leaf (1 pack) and liquid honey (200 ml). Dried fruits and grass are crushed in a blender or meat grinder and poured with honey. This mixture should be used in the morning on an empty stomach (1 tsp) or before going to bed, washing down with water at room temperature (not less than a glass).

Solving cosmetic problems with honey

Widely used this product of beekeeping and in cosmetology: honey treatment of weakened hair, rashes on the face and body, obesity and cellulite - all this is included in the list of salon procedures of different levels.
