What is required for full-fledged, all-round development of a person? First of all, it is necessary to ensure harmony between physical activity and intellectual growth. To train alternated with a high level of mobility, it is enough to establish a children's home sports complex. The latter can be successfully used not only by children, but also by adults.
Home sports complexes are conditionally divided into separate categories according to the method of installation, configuration and type of fixtures. Next, we will consider the main types of such installations, we shall single out their main differences, the features of the equipment.

A standard solution, represented by a Swedish wall and attachments in the form of a bar, swings, ropes and rings. Such home sports complexes are fixed on the wall with the help of U-shaped fasteners.
This option is suitable for school-age children. And yet, very little children like these designs do not really like it, because there are no horizontal staircases that allow you to climb from wall to wall.
Wall-mounted complexes
Currently, the consumer audience is available L-shaped, T-shaped and modified wall-mounted home sports complexes for children and adults. Most models allow users to climb horizontally located suspension ladders, complete with all kinds of swings and nets.
Spacious complexes
With the active use of a wide range of accessories in the form of horizontal bars, bars, benches and pumping press, rings and ropes, the spacer complex requires regular tightening of fasteners. Home sports complex with their own hands
The following tools and materials are required for self-assembly:
- A set of cuttings under the shovel, which will serve as the girders of the future complex;
- Two edged boards with a width of 14 cm and a thickness of 5 cm (the length is selected depending on the height of ceilings in the room where the installation is performed);
- Metal corners and screws for connecting individual elements, fixing the complex on the wall and ceiling;
- Saw, plane, drill, sandpaper.
Course of work
The board is cut to the height of the ceilings. Surfaces are treated with a plane, and then sanded using sandpaper. In each bar, holes are made under the crossbeams. For this, a drill with a bit of wood of the appropriate diameter is used.
Cuttings are cut, which will serve as crossbeams. To achieve maximum reliability, the latter is not easy to fix in the holes made. Therefore, it is advisable to put them on the glue or fix them with screws.
Metal corners are screwed to the ends of the boards . The walls and ceiling are marked in accordance with the design parameters, after which the installation is carried out.
As an additional attachment, you can use a self-made horizontal bar. For this, appropriate bars and crossbeams are prepared. It is desirable that the horizontal bar protrudes from the wall to a level of the order of 60-70 cm.
For the layout of a homemade sports complex with gymnastic rings, straps and cables will be needed. The latter are attached to the crossbeams of the vertical structure.
If you have the experience of carpentry, it will take a long time to manufacture such a sports complex. Ultimately, the child will receive an excellent means for entertainment and regular training at home.
