Heater "Technoruf V60": technical characteristics, application areas and operation features

Any large modern construction requires technological insulating materials with high performance. Russian company "Tekhnonikol" is a manufacturer of universal mineral cookers "Tehnoruf V60". They are widely used both in the construction of civil and industrial facilities due to their high unique qualities.

Technoruf B60: technical specifications and features

The material is a slab sized 1200x600 mm with a thickness of 50 or 100 mm. The basis of the thermal insulator is basalt (a rock mineral), from which fibers are produced - tightly interconnected threads, which form the basis of "Technoruf V60". Basalt melts at a temperature of more than 1000 ⁰ C, and in the manufacture of plates of a heater it is heated up to 1500 ^° C. All mineral wool slabs are treated with a special water-repellent composition, thanks to which the technical characteristics of water absorption and vapor permeability parameters of Tekhnoruf B60 are no more than 1.5% and not less than 0.3 mg / (m.ch.Pa), respectively. These qualities are especially important during installation, as they do not allow rain, fog and other atmospheric phenomena to damage the material and disrupt its performance.

Where is the Technorux B60 used?

The main purpose of this material is the insulation of roofs, both exploited (flat) and unexploited (made under a slope), as well as other building structures (foundation, bearing walls, floors) made of metal and reinforced concrete. The greatest application was in the development of exploited roofs (because it withstands frequent point loads), where it serves as the top layer of thermal insulation.

In addition, it can be applied on roofs without screed. This is due to the fact that the "Technoruf B60" technical characteristics of the indicators:

• Compressive strength - not less than 60 kPa at 10% deformation;
• Strength of the separation of layers - not less than 15 kPa.

Practicality of the material

In addition to excellent heat-insulating and water-repellent characteristics, the "Technoruf V60" insulation technical characteristics for noise insulation can be used as a soundproof material. Plates are harmless and environmentally friendly: they are chemically neutral when interacting with building materials and substances contained in the air. All these qualities make it possible to use this material in multi-storey civil buildings, private buildings (cottages, country houses, villas), industrial facilities.

It is able to perform its functions at temperatures from -60 to 400 ⁰ C. The plates of mineral wool "Technoruf V60", whose density is 180 kg / m ³ , have a low specific gravity, and are easily cut and mounted (do not require special equipment) , So the laying process takes place in a short time.
