In addition, the barley groats contain a lot of microelements: normalizing metabolism in the body and providing a full-fledged brain activity, phosphorus, as well as boron, zinc, silicon and fluorine, which are also significant biological elements. Do not forget about the presence in the barley of calcium and potassium, manganese and iron. It is due to the similar composition and content of such important elements that the barley must be in the diet of elderly people, at an age, because natural elements are better absorbed, and in fact more useful than any medications.

Now we need to talk about the methods of processing, which is subjected to barley. How to cook it, usually written on the package.
