Gingerbread Cookie. Recipe for every taste

Ginger biscuits are not just a delicacy, but a traditional dish for Christmas and Easter. It is the ground ginger and cinnamon that give it a unique taste and smell, as from childhood. Favorite ginger cookies, the recipe of which is simple and does not require special skill from the cook, even beginners can master it. Ginger has a warming effect, so this cookie is most often baked in the cold season. A cooked ginger biscuit, as in Ikea, can be stored for a long time, so it can be prepared in large quantities at once.

1. Ginger cookies recipe number 1. To make cookies according to this recipe, one hundred and thirty grams of sugar and margarine are needed, two eggs, two tablespoons of any honey, a tablespoon of cocoa, one teaspoon of cinnamon and ground ginger, a pinch of ground cloves, three hundred and eighty grams of wheat flour, half a sachet of vanilla Sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder. Margarine and honey are melted in a microwave or in a water bath, after which it is mixed with cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cocoa and sugar. Eggs beat well with vanilla sugar and pour into the oil mixture, add flour and knead the dough. Homogeneous ginger dough wrapped in polyethylene and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. The cooled dough is rolled into a thin layer, from which, using confectionery molds, we cut out a large number of various small pechenes. We bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, at a temperature of 180 degrees, not more than 7 minutes. Cookies are better to eat in a warm form, as when cooling it becomes a little hard. It may be heated in small portions in the microwave as it is consumed.

· Ginger cookies recipe number 2. For an English traditional recipe, prepare one hundred grams of butter, one egg, two glasses of flour, almost a full glass of sugar, a tablespoon of ginger powder, a teaspoon of cinnamon and nutmeg, half a teaspoon of cardamom, vanilla sugar, and a half teaspoons of baking powder. Beat soft butter with sugar, vanilla and spices, then add the egg and mix well. Sifted flour and baking powder into the oil mixture and knead the dough. On the flour-poured table, roll the dough into a layer and cut out the figurines using confectionery molds. We cover the baking tray with baking paper, lay out the biscuits and bake in a heated to 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes. The cookie should acquire a golden hue. We take the baking tray from the oven. Ready cookies are decorated with a multicolored glaze, pierce holes and, making eyelets from multi-colored ribbons, we hang on a Christmas tree. The English Christmas ginger biscuit is ready.

· Ginger cookies recipe number 3. If you want to bake soft cookies, you should use this recipe, which requires three hundred grams of flour, a tablespoon of ground ginger, a teaspoon of soda, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a few cloves of a carnation, ground in a mortar, salt on the tip of a knife. One hundred and fifty grams of butter, two hundred grams of sugar, one egg, a tablespoon of liquor or any juice, two tablespoons of honey. Mix flour with spices, soda and salt. Separately, beat up soft butter and sugar. Add the egg and whisk again until a white foam is formed. We heat honey in a microwave oven, pour it into the oil mixture simultaneously with the juice. Combine with flour mixture and mix the homogeneous dough, which should be removed in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. From the cooled dough we roll small balls and lightly flatten them on a baking sheet that was covered with baking paper. When baking, cookies increase in size, so you need to leave a distance of a few centimeters between them. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Ready cookies must be stored in a box with a lid.

Ginger cookies, the caloric content of which is 60 kcal / 100 grams, can be consumed even with a diet. Only it is not advisable to eat more than one hundred grams a day. If you really like this kind of dessert, but do not want to gain weight, then reduce the consumption of bread and other flour products.
