For a batter, you will need three eggs, 200 milliliters of milk, 200 grams of flour and greens to taste. Fish fillets are cut into pieces, then they should be peppered, sprinkled with lemon juice and salt. Now prepare the batter. To do this, whisk the milk with the eggs, and then enter the flour. You can also add parsley or dill greens to the dough, but this is optional. Flounder roasted on a hot frying pan previously lubricated with vegetable oil. Dip pieces of fish in the dessert and cook with pleasure dishes of flounder.

You will need a kilo of flounder fillet, one lemon, half a kilogram of apples, two tablespoons of butter and one olive, anise, chili, marjoram, salt.
