To make them, you need glue or a stapler, serpentine and scissors. Two strips of the same size we connect with each other, we bend ourselves to get the shape of a heart, we fasten it together. The next element of the garland is attached to the previous one at once. To do this, we glue two strips to the sharp end, then bend them, as in the previous case, and connect them together. The operation is repeated until we get a garland of the right size.

Cut the paper into pieces of the same size, fold the accordion and cut off the ends with a corner or a semicircle. We fix each of them with a paper clip in the center, turn it out to make a circle. We connect the individual elements to each other at the corners.
From ordinary colored paper, you can easily make a pretty garland. Each sheet is cut into four identical parts, add each accordion and grab a clip on the center. Then unfold to get a semicircle, fix it. We join the elements together in staggered order with paper clips.

For work you will need scissors, dense cardboard color, glue PVA, twine.
The individual elements of the garland consist of four identical paper figures, connected together. For the New Year you can choose the shape of the Christmas tree.
Cut out the same size elements (to make it faster, use the cookie shape), bend them in the center and connect four of them together. In this case, it is better to lay the string immediately when gluing.
Garland of hearts is made using the same technology, but, as you understand, the elements will be of a different form.
Corrugated paper is a plastic material, besides it is quite beautiful. That's why it's a pleasure to make a festive garland out of it. We take a roll of corrugated paper and, without unfolding, cut it into several identical parts. The edges are rounded and cut the fringe from both sides. Then unfold the received tape and twist it with a spiral. Places of folds can be seized with a stapler.
This garland is done with your own hands in a few minutes. It looks original and beautiful, but it does not cost much.
