This, in fact, is the only area of culture to which the state and the authorities can not exert absolutely no influence. For centuries, tales, legends and legends have been passed from father to son. In addition to the literary sphere, mentality and tradition are also manifested in all other areas of folk art - in dance, music, etc.

In this case, it is worth highlighting its ritualistic views. This area of art usually has pagan roots and appears as a kind of juxtaposition of the new religion. However, this is not always the case. For example, in the years of the USSR, when any cults were banned, Christian ritual folklore proved to be very strong.
