Certainly, with this diagnosis, as well as for preventive purposes, the recipes of our grandmothers often help. So, an excellent means is a decoction of the berries of the viburnum. To do this, you need a glass of berries and the same amount of boiling water. After the broth boils, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. The resulting product is recommended to take about 2/3 of the glass in the morning hours and at bedtime.
An infusion of yarrow is another popular remedy for this ailment. Dry grass should be poured into a clean one liter bottle (at least half of it must be filled), and then pour alcohol down to the very top. The vessel should then be closed with a dense lid and put in a dark, and most importantly, dry place for 10 days. Exclusively after this, the resulting medicine is recommended to take a spoonful (tea) for prophylactic purposes in the morning and at lunch. Thanks to this course, you will not even remember about this disease. Be healthy!
