Fast, satisfying and tasty: lavash roll with chicken.

What a delight - thin Armenian lavash! And how could we do without this universal means for wrapping up everything that is in the fridge for so long! Today, any Russian woman knows: to quickly, satisfyingly and deliciously feed the family, you need to have at home cheese or thin lavash. Why? With the first you can bake everything you can find in the refrigerator (and you can not even tell what it is - a tasty cheese crust compensates for any bold experiments), and with the second you can make a great roll - and it will also have a frenzied success. And most importantly - for example, a roll of lavash with chicken to taste very similar to pancakes stuffed, and the fuss is much less! In general, we sing an ode to thin lavash.

There are several rules that must be observed when preparing rolls. First: lavash is laid out not on the table, but on food film. For softness (and to ensure that thin bread does not tear during cooking), you can still lay a kitchen towel, then - a film, then - pita bread. The filling is laid out from above, and here comes into force the second rule: all ingredients must be crushed - at least finely chopped. There are fans and Iiiii dense masses, obtained in a blender. In any case, the consistency of the filling should resemble lavash with minced meat. Roll wraps and goes to the fridge - attention! - rule number 3 - for three hours. For what? The filling should impregnate the thin bread, it will give the dish exactly that coveted satiety and goodness.

And now closer to the recipes. Pita bread with chicken may contain the following ingredients as accompanying ingredients: cheese, tomatoes, mayonnaise, greens, potatoes, champignons, even fish and Korean carrots. In general, everything that is in the refrigerator and is combined in taste, can eventually turn into a roll of lavash with chicken. As already mentioned above, the selected ingredients are finely chopped or crushed in a blender (as an option - rub on the grater). Then the received weight should be distributed on all sheet and roll a roll. Be sure to have cheese or mayonnaise in the filling - the amount depends on your culinary preferences. The latter makes it possible to consolidate all the ingredients, and cheese is the indispensable product that decorates any dish and gives it piquancy. Greens are also very desirable: it's taste, and decoration, and vitamins in one product. You can also use seasoning - but you need to be careful with them, since the roll will not be heat treated, and the seasoning is then perceived quite differently than if we added it to a hot dish.

But there are options and quite "warm" rolls. In this case, it is necessary to use cheese again - it melts during heat treatment and the resulting rolls will have an appetizing smell and taste. It can also be heated in a pan with a small amount of oil, but it is best to use an aerogrill or microwave oven. In this case, a roll of lavash with chicken will not bring unnecessary calories, but it will create a very good basis for a family dinner.

In the Caucasus, there is another option of using fine bread: pita bread with chicken or with shish kebab. To prepare such a culinary masterpiece, you need to have a shish kebab (pork, chicken, mutton - there is no difference). Fried meat on skewers spread on thin lavash, giving bread a sap. Add the onion, chopped rings, greens, mayonnaise or ketchup to taste. All this is wrapped up - and a hearty dish at your service! I can argue that no hot dog can compare to the benefits and purity of products with such a snack option - it is very common in the bazaars of the North Caucasus Federal District.
