For cooking, you will need:

- 1 kg of granulated sugar;

Prepared ingredients put in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon "Zhelmiksa" and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, pour in lemon juice. All mix and bring to a boil. After that, if necessary, add water, as well as the remaining sugar. Cook for 5-10 minutes, you will get a tight in the structure of confiture.
