  • A quarter cup of plain water;
  • 300 gr. Berries feijoa;
  • A tablespoon of finely grated ginger root.

The number of ingredients is based on the calculation for one small jar, so if you store jam for future use, increase the proportions of the components accordingly. So, feijoa, ginger and lemon wash, grind with a meat grinder or blender, ginger grate on a large grater, squeeze the juice out of the lemon and remove the zest. Prepared ingredients put in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon "Zhelmiksa" and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, pour in lemon juice. All mix and bring to a boil. After that, if necessary, add water, as well as the remaining sugar. Cook for 5-10 minutes, you will get a tight in the structure of confiture. Spread it on cans and store as usual.
