  3. Find on the face of a point a half inches from the corners of the mouth (the point of "di-cyan"), just open your mouth slightly and press them 16 times with the tips of your thumbs.
  4. From the bottom up we press 16 times on points "son-by" (1,5 sm downwards from eye sockets).
  5. We rub 16 times with the nose at the bases of the thumbs ("tenars"). Movements go from the tip of the nose to the bridge of the nose.
  6. Place the palms on both sides of the neck and rub it 16 times from the bottom up.
  7. Now, "wash" your palms the way cats do.
  8. Dilute your fingers and, as if combing your hair, walk from the forehead to the bottom of the neck. Then, for four minutes, massage the entire surface of the head with your fingertips.
  9. The last thing left to do is cover your ears with your hands so that your fingers hit the back of your head, and 16 times click with your thumbs and middle fingers on the points under the occipital bone. This exercise is called "heavenly drum".
