Enterprise Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the enterprise is represented by a set of structural subdivisions of the organization (workshops, plots, farms and services). These units have an auxiliary subordinate character and provide mandatory conditions for the performance of the enterprise as a whole.

The infrastructure of the enterprise is divided into social, production and capital construction, serving both spheres.

The company's production infrastructure is a set of units that are not directly related to the creation of finished products. But they have their main purpose - maintenance of the main production processes. Such units include servicing and auxiliary farms and workshops, whose functional duties include the movement of labor items, the provision of raw materials, energy and fuel, as well as maintenance and repair of equipment and other means. We should not forget about structural divisions designed to ensure full-fledged conditions for the production and responsible for the storage of material values, the sale of finished products, its transportation.

The social infrastructure of the enterprise is a set of structural subdivisions that ensure the social and cultural needs of workers, as well as members of their families. This type of infrastructure consists of:

- canteens, cafes, buffets (catering units);

- hospitals, polyclinics, health centers (health protection);

- gardens, nurseries (preschool institutions);

- schools, vocational schools, refresher courses (educational institutions);

- Own residential buildings (housing and communal services);

- libraries, boarding houses, clubs, sports complexes and summer children's camps (organization of culture and recreation).

The information infrastructure of the enterprise assumes the organization of interaction of information flows, uses computer technologies and implements a certain set of activities:

- organizational, defining the structure of documents, as well as the routes of their movement, the responsibility for implementing the rules for the development of algorithms, programs and the corresponding structure of the database, as well as the method of financing;

- technical, which provides for the acquisition, installation, maintenance, operation of equipment, as well as the creation of any cable system;

- selection of system software that is planned to be used at the enterprise, creation of a computer network in the form of a software and hardware complex;

- training and training of employees of the organization;

- provision of technical and program information security;

- filling the database.

To ensure the well-coordinated operation of the information infrastructure, the following services are created at the enterprise:

- technical, which functions include works on installation of a computer network, installation and repair of equipment;

- an operation service, the main function of which is work on the formation and setting of tasks for a group of software developers, as well as mandatory and detailed training of personnel.

Thus, the company's infrastructure with regard to the introduction and further use of the latest information technologies should be presented in the form of an integrated system, from power supply and simple automation to the installation of fairly complex information systems. It is an integrated approach to solving this issue that will allow, in addition to saving the organization's resources, to increase productivity and ensure uninterrupted operation of the equipment.
