The drug "Pilocarpine hydrochloride" belongs to the category of antiglaucoma drugs, the action of which is aimed at the formation of acetylcholine, lowering the pressure inside the eyes. Pharmacological properties

The medication causes miosis of the circular muscles of the eyes, has a miotic effect. The drug reduces the eye pressure by a quarter , removes the inflamed fluid from the eyes. The active ingredient, penetrating the cornea, is not absorbed into the blood and not absorbed. The medication is effective in complex use with adrenoblockers. Side effects
