  4. Margarine in the recipe is better replaced with butter, then the products will have a pleasant creamy taste.

Dough for buns on milk yeast: a recipe for yolks

Air buns with a pleasant creamy flavor and a light vanilla flavor can be made according to the following recipe. They are prepared very simply and from the most accessible ingredients.

The dough for buns on milk (yeast) is incrementally mixed in the following sequence:

  1. In a deep bowl, pour a cup of warm milk (200 ml), add the pressed yeast (25 g) and sugar (30 g). All the ingredients must be well mixed until the yeast dissolves completely, then sift into a bowl of a glass of flour (250 ml). Put the bowl in the heat to get a good opara.
  2. Add egg yolks (2 pcs.) And melted butter (100 g) into the prepared spoon. It should not be hot. Mix and pour sugar into the dough (70 g) and vanillin with a pinch of salt.
  3. Lastly, flour is added to the dough (3 more glasses). After shaking hands, it turns out a little sticky. Do not add too much flour, otherwise the buns will not turn out lush and soft.

After mixing, the dough should be warm for 60 minutes. Then, products are formed from it (50 g each) and laid out on a baking sheet, there they should be left for about 20 minutes. At this time, the oven is heated up to 180 °. Approached on a baking sheet buns are lubricated with yolk with milk (1 tablespoon) and sent to the oven for 25 minutes.

Dough for buns on milk yeast without eggs

Delicious buns can be prepared and on the test without eggs and butter. The sequence of kneading the test is as follows:

  1. From warm milk, carbonated water (250 ml each), dry yeast (10 g) and sugar (1 tablespoon), cooking is prepared.
  2. After 30 minutes, when the opara is suitable, the dough is kneaded by successively adding sugar (75 g), vegetable oil (50 ml) of vanillin, a pinch of salt and flour (3 tbsp.).
  3. The elastic dough is kneaded for 10 minutes and another 60 minutes is needed in order to increase it at least twice.

When the dough on buns on milk (yeast) rises sufficiently, it is rolled out with a layer 1 cm thick, then cut out the circles, put a spoonful of thick jam into the center of each and form a ball. Prepared products are laid out on a baking tray, where they fit for 20 minutes, after which they are sent to the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 170 °.

Dough for bread rolls in a bread maker

Much easier and faster to knead the dough in the bread maker. It is enough to load all the ingredients of room temperature into the bowl, turn on the machine and after 90 minutes proceed to the formation of the products and their baking in the oven.

Dough for buns on milk yeast is prepared from such products:

  • 1 egg;
  • Water - 0,25 l;
  • 75 g of butter;
  • Sugar - 75 g;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 2 ½ tsp yeast;
  • 0.5 kg of flour.

All the ingredients are loaded into the bowl in the specified order, after which the "Dough" mode is set. It is mixed up to the sound signal of the bread maker about the end of the program.

Delicious dough for buns with raisins

Tasty buns with raisins can be obtained from the following test:

  1. In one bowl, flour (4 tablespoons), dry instant yeast (1 teaspoon) and a pinch of salt are mixed.
  2. In the other dishes, 2 eggs with sugar (0.5 tbsp.) Are beaten into the foam, melted butter (60 g) and milk (1 tbsp.) Are added.
  3. Dry and liquid ingredients are combined together, after which the hands knead a delicious dough for buns on milk (yeast).
  4. Before adding the raisins (200 g), it should come within 60 minutes.
  5. In the dough that comes up, raisins are added, then thin "sausages" are formed from it and tied with a knot.
  6. While the buns are on the baking sheet, the oven heats up to 180 °.
  7. The products enlarged in volume are lubricated with milk and then baked until ready for 25 minutes.

Recipe buns from yeast dough without milk

No less delicious buns can be made on the water. The dough for them is prepared in almost the same way as the previous recipes. First of all, ingredients for the spoons are mixed: sugar (1 tablespoon), a pinch of salt, a glass of water and as much flour. In a warm place, for example, in a preheated oven to 40 °, the opara should come in 30-40 minutes. To do this, the bowl should be covered with a film.

An egg and a little vegetable oil is added to the approaching spoon. Lastly, flour is sieved in the bowl (2 -2.5 tbsp.). The dough sticking to the hands is mixed. After mixing, a bowl of dough should be put in heat for about an hour.

At the end of the allotted time, buns of yeast dough without milk are formed with their hands. Once the products on the baking tray are doubled, they are smeared with eggs and sent to a preheated oven (180 °) for 40 minutes.
