Now tell you what you can do from milk for a healthy diet. It's about yogurt. You can prepare it in two ways: with leaven or ordinary yogurt. First, boil the milk and cool it. Then add the ferment to the pan (2-3 spoonfuls per liter of milk) or natural yogurt (3-4 tablespoons per liter). We take a hot water bottle and pour hot water into it. Milk with additives pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom and install on a heating pad. In the morning you can pamper yourself with homemade yogurt.

And how about cooking homemade cheese from milk? We will make "Ricotta" - extraordinarily tender for taste and consistency. To do this, heat two liters of milk to 80 degrees, add to it sugar (a teaspoon), a pinch of salt and 30 grams of lemon juice. Remove from the heat, constantly stir the milk: it should curl up from the lemon juice, and the cheese - to separate. We shift it into a sieve and we stop for some time. Then we need to cover our home "Ricotta" gauze and leave for half an hour. It's so simple and inexpensive you can get insanely delicious Italian cheese.

Homemade condensed milk is something new

Do not forget about the dessert, which also refers to the list of what can be made from milk. Of course, this is a favorite condensed milk since childhood. To make it, first cook the syrup from sugar and water (2: 1). Then boil the milk and pour sugar syrup into it. We boil for another 20 minutes, not forgetting to interfere, and then reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for 2 hours. This homemade condensed milk is not terrible to let the children eat with tea, because it absolutely does not contain harmful additives in the form of flavorings, preservatives and others.

Cow, goat ... but what's the difference!

By the way, this article is about any milk. So, you can prepare the listed products from goat's milk. They will have a special refined taste, and on utility even surpass the cows made from milk.
