  • 1.6 teaspoon of yeast;
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika;
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano.

Cooking procedure

1. Stir in tomato paste in warm water. If you do not like the bright tomato taste, then its amount can be reduced. However, do not get carried away. In any case, there is no point in putting less than one tablespoon.

3. Now you can add dry ingredients. First, salt and sugar. Then sift the flour. It is better to weigh it on a kitchen scale, but if there are none, you will need 3 glasses and 2/3 more. Add spices. In addition to oregano and paprika, you can add a mixture of Provencal herbs.

  • 30-60 ml of milk;

Cooking procedure

1. Break 2 eggs into a measuring glass. They should be room temperature. Top up the milk so that a total of 150 ml. Since eggs can be of different sizes, milk may need a little more or less. If required by instruction, a little loose the yolk with a fork.

2. Then you need to put the products according to the instructions. This is important in order to really succeed in baking bread in the bread maker. Recipes ("Panasonic" device, for example) are usually offered to put first dry, then "wet" foods. That is, you first need to pour in the yeast, then sift the flour. Add sugar, vanilla and salt (the latter should also not come in contact with the yeast).

3. Now you can add liquids and similar products - softened butter, cottage cheese, eggs, milk and cognac. Do not be afraid of alcohol in baking. It will add an extra flavor to the curd loaf, and the alcohol will simply evaporate during cooking.

4. Set the mode to "Basic" or "Comfortable". Choose the size XL and the "light" crust. It remains only to wait for the signal. Slightly cool the loaf in the form and carefully put it on the table. To move on a lattice, to grease with the melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool down.
