Dishes from red beans - both as a side dish and as an independent dish

Many people often exclude beans from their diet, and completely in vain. It is a very useful and micronutrient-rich food product. Beans contain in their composition protein, starch, carotene and other substances necessary for humans. Bean dishes are recommended for unloading days, body cleansing, dietary and vegetarian meals.

Beans should be cooked for at least an hour and a half to remove the poisonous substances contained in the raw bean. Boiled beans are completely safe for health and fully retains their wealth of nutrients.

There are dozens of varieties of beans. Some of them, for example, white, are popular in some countries, others, for example, red, - in others. Dishes of red beans, the recipes of which will be given below, are very useful and easy to prepare.

Beans with vegetables

This dish is a garnish of red beans, which can be served and, as an independent dish.

Ingredients:

- red beans - 300 g;

- onions - 1 piece;

- carrots - 1 piece;

- clove of garlic - 1 piece;

- sweet meaty pepper - 1 piece;

- acute ketchup;

- butter;

- sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons;

- parsley and green onions - half-poured;

- salt, black pepper - to taste.

Before preparing this dish of red beans, it must be washed well and, with cool water, soaked in water for 2-3 hours. This will shorten the cooking time and also remove excess red pigment. Then the beans must be boiled until ready and drain the water.

In a deep vessel with a thick bottom, shift the boiled beans and, adding butter, put out on low heat for about ten minutes. Then put a couple of spoons of spicy ketchup, chopped clove of garlic, rubbed carrots, chopped onions and Bulgarian pepper, add spices. After holding the fire for a few more minutes, put the dish aside. Finely chop greens, pour sour cream into it, mix and stuff this beans with beans. Submit to the table warm.

Stuffed tomatoes with rice and red beans

I guarantee that from this dish of red beans you will have only positive emotions and a satiety of satiety.

Ingredients:

- Olive oil - 3 tbsp. L .;

- Onion - 1 head;

- sausages smoked - 4-5 pieces;

- garlic - 2 cloves;

- long rice - 100 g;

- Chicken broth - 300 ml;

- tomatoes - 4-5 pieces;

- medium-sized carrots - 1 piece;

- boiled red beans - 200 g;

- a half-pound of chopped parsley;

- juice of half a lemon;

- black pepper - to taste.

In a frying pan with a small amount of well-heated oil, fry the garlic, chopped onions and sausages until they are ready. Add the rice, pour the previously prepared broth and bring to a boil over a small fire. After the water boils, make a small fire and cook the rice for 20-25 minutes, until it becomes soft.

Tomatoes must be prepared for stuffing. To do this, the tips of the washed fruit are cut with a sharp knife and the whole flesh is selected.

When the rice is ready, you can begin to prepare the filling. Take out the flesh of the tomato and chop it into rice, put the beans, grated carrots, and green parsley. All fill with lemon juice, the remnants of olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mince mix well and cool a little.

Prepared tomatoes are filled with minced meat, beautifully laid on a dish and decorated with celery leaves.

Bean salad with nuts

The use of this dish of red beans will well saturate and help get rid of extra pounds.

Ingredients:

- boiled red beans - 350 grams;

- kernels of a walnut - 2 tbsp. L .;

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;

- low-fat mayonnaise - 100 g.

Boil the beans, after having soaked it for several hours. In well-cooled beans add garlic, missed through garlic, and walnuts. Salad dress with low-fat mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Before serving decorate any greens.
