Different, different, different recipes for salads with corn - it's beauty, health and great taste!

Each holiday in its own way is original and unique. But all of them still have one thing in common: an abundantly crowded hospitable table, on which a special place is occupied by a wide variety of salads. And if earlier the main among holiday snacks in Russia was considered "olivier", today it has already lost its palm tree of primacy.

The advantage today is the recipes for salads with corn, as they are delicious, inexpensive and often low-calorie. Yes, and cook them extremely simply and quickly. For example, a charming snack called "Traffic light" will not hurt the figure at all.

"Traffic light"

Here the ingredients are cabbage, tomatoes, green onions and canned sweet corn. The dressing will perfectly serve any vegetable oil. It goes without saying that this salad has the lowest caloric value, but an extremely high vitamin content. Yes, and it's beautiful, because it includes bright components.

Many recipes for salads with corn include ways to decorate them. After all, the corn itself has a rather pleasant juicy color, which suggests the beauty of the dish. Therefore, in order to emphasize the original name of our dish, put the snack in a salad bowl with an oval top cut, decorating directly on the color circles of the ingredients: red, yellow and green.

"Kaleidoscope"

This salad also has the right to take not the last page in the collection of the young hostess, where she enters the recipes of salads with corn. This appetizer is even more beautiful, as the salad itself is decomposed into halves of peeled Bulgarian pepper.

Ingredients of this dish are sliced crab sticks and boiled squid meat. Adding canned corn to them, mix the mixture and leave for a quarter of an hour to ensure that the appetizer is soaked with juices.

Dressing for salad should be prepared from sunflower oil with a small amount of soy sauce (in a ratio of 6: 1). Refuel add to the mixture and mix well. Then, filling the "molds" from the halves of pepper, you must not forget to pour a half teaspoon of juice from the bottom of a common bowl with a salad in each "boat".

This snack is more caloric compared to the previous one. However, its advantage is obscured by the fact that it uses seafood. In this dish, you can add sea kale, so rich in iodine.

For this salad we will need boiled eggs, finely chopped crab sticks, sea kale and mayonnaise. Since we are considering recipes for salads with corn in the article, this ingredient will also be necessary for us.

First, at the very bottom of the prepared dishes for this appetizer is laid out sea kale, previously washed and chopped. Half of the total amount should be kept. Next comes a layer of half the number of crab sticks. After lubricating this layer with mayonnaise, it is necessary to lay the crushed boiled eggs. Do not forget that we only use eggs in this layer in half!

After this layer is slightly salted and smeared with mayonnaise, you can lay out again half a can of corn. Then the whole sequence repeats itself. The last layer is canned corn, which can not be lubricated with mayonnaise.

"Bouquet for your beloved woman"

There are also such recipes with canned corn, guided by which you can prepare a delicious (and very beautiful) treat for your beloved woman. Such recipes will be useful to representatives of the stronger sex, and not because the creation of this masterpiece requires male power, no! Simply, this salad looks like a smart bouquet, after receiving which, no lady can resist.

The composition of this salad can be any, taken from the list of "Recipes with corn". The main thing is the moment of its decoration. To do this, leave a little corn, a few feathers of green onions, a couple of fennel branches and a small red tomato.

We make stems and leaves of "tulips" from onions. To simulate the leaves, the onion feather is cut along and unfolded, laying over the salad with the inner side down. We also cut the tomato, cut out the denticles from one side, so that it resembles a half of a cup of a tulip. We put them to the beginning of the stems with carved points to the top.

Now you can make a mimosa. The stalk and leaves for her will be dill twigs, and the flowers themselves are excellently obtained from corn.
