Mash with a fork 2 bananas, pour half a liter of milk, add half a cup of cream, a little vanilla and cinnamon for taste. Mix everything in a homogeneous mass with a mixer.

2. Cottage cheese home-made protein shake: mix half-packs of cottage cheese, 100 grams of cherry juice, 2 chicken proteins and 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar. Turn on the blender and you can enjoy a tasty and wholesome drink.

3. Protein cocktail at home can be prepared on the basis of kefir. Half a pack of yogurt, as much cottage cheese, a little of your favorite juice, banana or persimmon - 1 piece, you can add a pinch of cinnamon for flavor.

Mix in the blender 2 quail eggs, 1 spoonful of honey, chopped walnuts, 200 ml of kefir, and a protein-rich dessert is ready for use.

In addition to protein, the following protein cocktail is very rich in vitamins and trace elements. At home, you must first grow wheat. To do this, pour it with water for 8 hours, then pour out the water and leave in the refrigerator for another 8 hours, periodically pulling out and washing the grains. When small sprouts (no more than 2 mm) are sprouted, you can start preparing the cocktail itself. So, 1 cup of cottage cheese pour a glass of melted milk, add 1 tablespoon of germinated wheat grains and as much flax oil (sold in pharmacies and large grocery stores). All again, beat in a blender. Wheat will crunch a little on the teeth during eating, but what good is it! Linseed oil gives a little bitterness, and to muffle it, you can add a little honey or sugar. Preferably, of course, honey, which is rich in essential microelements.
