Crematorium is a place of farewell

Crematorium is a special building in which the bodies of dead people are burned. For some, this sounds scary, others consider this procedure practical. Some even willed to disperse their ashes in the place that was dear to them during their lifetime. There are many opponents of this method of destroying the body, because in the Christian religion it must be betrayed to the earth. But in any case, everyone is free to decide what is more permissible for the last farewell: cemeteries, crematoria or other non-traditional rites of burial, in accordance with their beliefs, religion and worldview. Modern technologies make the process quick and aesthetic.

How it works

Crematorium is a complex of services that allow one to say good-bye to a deceased person. The relatives and friends invited to the ceremony should at least briefly get acquainted with how all this will happen, because many are afraid of the very idea of what they can see there. Often crematoriums are located next to the cemeteries. They have their own morgues, in which they retain the body of the deceased for three days. Also provide services for sanitary and hygienic processing, hair styling, make-up, dressing. In addition, they have halls for farewell, as well as leading, who will conduct the ceremony in a solemn atmosphere. After the last words are said and flowers and bouquets are laid, the coffin is taken to the stove. Watching him go to the fire is not necessary, and not everyone can withstand such a moral burden. But there are those who, on the contrary, want to see everything that will happen with the body of a loved one, as if being with him until the last minute. They are given such an opportunity (for this there is a special window in the oven), but for a fee.

How does the dust turn out

The crematorium is not only a building, but also an oven where the body of the deceased is exposed to a hot gas jet, the temperature of which reaches 900-1000 degrees C. It would seem that all that undergoes such heat exposure should turn to the ashes. However, the bones remain intact. To get the ashes for the columbarium, the workers chop them on the shredder. Then, mixing with ash from the oven, fill a special capsule. With this method of "recycling" of the body, a "product" weighing 2.5-3 kg or 3 liters is produced. The process itself takes place within 1-1,5 hours. Unfortunately, according to our laws, one can not store the ashes of a loved one, obtained from a crematorium, at home. Be sure to bury it in a special columbarium or bury it in the ground at the cemetery. In some cases, if the permission of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service is obtained, it can be dispelled in the chosen place.

Positive sides

Crematorium is a place of worthy farewell to the deceased. For many people it is psychologically easier to bury dust than to think about what happens to the body of a loved one under the earth. In addition, in some cases, for example, if a person has died in another country, cremated remains are easier to transport to the burial site. Also, the possibility of long storage of dust is a big plus, when for some reason it is necessary to postpone the farewell ceremony for a while.

Do not be afraid that in the process of cremation there will be an unpleasant smell. Nowadays, improved furnaces are used, so that relatives will not even see smoke. In addition, the ashes are sterile, which makes the burial a hygienic procedure. After all, often in the sanitary services complaints are received that harmful substances enter the water and soil, formed during the decomposition of buried bodies buried in cemeteries.

Is this acceptable?

The Christian religion condemns cremation as a pagan rite. Therefore, in our country this ceremony is not as common as abroad. But at the same time, several crematoriums were built, equipped with everything necessary. Also in these buildings are burning unidentified corpses or bodies of those people whose relatives refused to bury them.

For example, in Moscow, the Mithin Krema has been operating for 31 years . Address: 6th kilometer of Pyatnitskoye highway. It is located next to the cemetery, has its own morgue and hall for farewell ceremony. This is a crematorium, the prices in which the wave is available and depend on which coffin and funeral accessories will be ordered. Economy-option will cost only 18500 rubles.

Some do not want to know what will happen to their body after death. Others, on the contrary, want to keep abreast of all possible options, in order to be as comfortable as possible in the Bose. Whatever it was, cremation is a worthy and, with proper organization, a solemn ceremony, which for some peoples is the only possible way of burial.
