Cooperation is the way to success

As many educated people know, cooperation is the joint activity of people or legal entities, as a result of which each of them acquires some kind of benefit (or expects to receive). As a rule, it is most clearly manifested in the business sphere. There, cooperation is the result of certain agreements between partners. And before that they could even be competitors. Why spend financial and labor resources on the struggle, when for the same economic result it is enough to agree, determine the limits of influence and work quietly?

Sometimes cooperation is the combination of companies in a coalition in order to solve some common problem. For example, to displace another firm from the market, and the remaining segment is divided in half, rather than being content with its third. Business cooperation is often a process in which one market entity complements another, helps him in something. In particular, it can be a partnership between the media and a large industrial corporation. In this case, business cooperation allows the first partner to use powerful resources to prepare interesting materials for its readers or viewers, and thus increase circulation, popularity and revenue. For the second - it is an opportunity to improve and maintain a positive image, influence on public opinion. Either this can be a close mutually beneficial relationship between a large company and a bank.

The same relationship can be observed when cooperation is the subject of an agreement between large trading companies or brands of consumer goods with retail outlets. For some, this expansion of the sales market and global strengthening of positions, for others - saving on the promotion of goods.
Partnerships can have a formal and informal character. Some foundations of relationships can be fixed in documents that have legal force, and others - only in the form of personal agreements between the two leaders. As a rule, if an action is planned to drive out competitors, seize market share, then such cooperation is not advertised. And even more - it is hidden, so as not to have trouble with the antimonopoly authorities. Publicity requires cooperation, based on mutual benefits, which can not always be tangible.

To reach an agreement that benefits people or legal entities involved in them, it is necessary to do a lot of preliminary work. It can include business correspondence, when one future partner sends a proposal for cooperation to another, formal and informal negotiations, contracts of intent, joint actions. In addition, partnership relations should be maintained and developed. In this case, in addition to purely business relations within the framework of contractual relations, it is necessary not to forget the congratulations of the leaders on their birthday, professional and national holidays, invitations to official corporate events, etc.
