Nests of pasta are spaghetti, twisted in the form of a ring. Outwardly they are very similar to ordinary bird's nests, in connection with which they received such a sweet name. You can buy them at any grocery store.

So, how to cook macaroni-nests? In the process of creating this dish, there are absolutely no difficulties. To do this, it will be enough to stuff them with a filling, season with sauce and leave to bake in the oven. When preparing to prepare nests from macaroni, as a filling you can choose a wide variety of products. The most common option is ordinary beef or pork minced meat. In addition, they can be stuffed with, for example, mushrooms or shrimp. Below are the recipes to help prepare pasta nests with different fillings for every taste.

Nest of pasta with minced meat

List of necessary ingredients:

  • Packing of nests from macaroni (6-7 pieces);
  • Forcemeat - 300 g;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • 1 piece of onion;
  • 2 spoons of ketchup;
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • Salt to taste.
  1. First you need to boil the nests. To do this, take a pot of water, bring to a boil and carefully put there pasta. It is important not to bring them to a state of soft readiness, otherwise they can boil and lose shape.
  2. Gently remove the nests from the pasta with a noise and put them on a baking tray, which is pre-lubricated with vegetable oil.
  3. Mince lay out in any container, add to it finely chopped onions, salt to taste. We mix everything thoroughly.
  4. In the nests laid on a baking sheet, we make a small groove and lay out the ready-made stuffing there. We rub cheese on top.
  5. We mix mayonnaise and ketchup, we dilute with water. With the resulting sauce we water the nests with minced meat.
  6. We put it in the oven and at a temperature of about 180 degrees, cook for a period of 15 to 20 minutes, until fully prepared.

Nest of pasta with mushrooms

List of necessary ingredients:

  • Packing of nests from macaroni (6-7 pieces);
  • Minced meat - 200 grams;
  • 1 piece of onions;
  • Champignons - 150 g;
  • Pepper ground black;
  • Twigs of greenery;
  • Salt to taste.
  1. We make nests in the same way as in the first recipe. Be sure to ensure that they do not lose their odds.
  2. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms in water and finely chop them. Slightly fry them in a frying pan.
  3. We cut onions, put it in mushrooms and we continue to fry all this.
  4. Add minced meat, pepper and salt to taste. On a slow fire, the resulting mixture is brought to readiness.
  5. We put the nested rods on a baking tray. At the center of their lay out the resulting stuffing with mushrooms.
  6. We put in the oven, preheated to a mark of 180 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes. Then you can sprinkle the prepared dish from the top.

Nest of pasta with shrimp sauce

List of necessary ingredients:

  • Packing of nests from macaroni (6-7 pieces);
  • Shrimps - 300 g;
  • Garlic - 3 medium sized denticles;
  • Cream - 100 ml;
  • Milk - 100 ml;
  • Hard cheese - 100 g;
  • Flour - 2 tbsp;
  • Pepper and salt to taste.
  • Twigs of greenery;
  1. We prepare directly nests according to the already known scheme. We lay them on a baking tray, previously oiled.
  2. Fry for a couple of minutes with garlic in a frying pan.
  3. Shrimp we fill with boiling water and thoroughly clean. Head tushim in a frying pan with garlic, until the appearance of juice. Meat while we put aside.
  4. After the heads were given juice, we take them out of the frying pan and add the previously cooked meat there. Solim and pepper to taste.
  5. Lightly fry the shrimps in a frying pan, add milk and cream to them. Pour out the flour, greens and mix everything thoroughly. Continue to simmer in a pan until the mixture thickens.
  6. The resulting shrimp sauce is poured into ready-made nests and sprinkled with grated cheese on top.
