Complex of B vitamins - what is its "strength".

The human body constantly needs some useful substances. And in order that our health has always been excellent, it is important to take a complex of B vitamins from time to time.

Let's see what his "strength" is? First of all, let us note the fact that the B vitamins contribute to the release of the energy of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. In addition, they are given an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and their subsequent conversion into glucose. Thanks to this process, our body receives the necessary energy. In general, if you periodically take a complex of B vitamins, many of our body's physiological processes will proceed normally, without any disruption.

At one time, only one vitamin and group were known, as such did not exist. Gradually, science moved forward and other forms of it were discovered. It will not be a secret for anyone that today thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6) and cyanocobalamin (B12) are included in the vitamin B complex. Each of them individually benefits. But in complex they are much more effective.

And now a little information about each of these vitamins. Thiamin or B1 supports the activity of the nervous system, and also participates in virtually all metabolic processes. Thanks to it, the cognitive activity of the brain is optimized.

Riboflavin or vitamin B2 has a slightly different role. This substance regulates the exchange of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, as well as oxidation-reduction processes of the human body. Vitamin B2 plays a huge role in the synthesis of hemoglobin and is very important for vision.

Pyridoxine (B6) is necessary for the normal functioning of both the peripheral and central nervous system. Also, this vitamin is involved in the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters.

And, finally, cyanocobalamin (B12). The presence of this vitamin in the body in the right amount allows you to normalize the process of hematopoiesis and ripening of red blood cells. Also, cyanocobalamin is important for the growth and replication of cells and is directly related to the production of a neurotransmitter and acetylcholine, which contributes to memory improvement.

This is what concerns the properties of B vitamins. Now let's imagine for a moment what can happen to the body in case of their lack.

So, an insufficient amount of vitamin B1 leads to digestive disorders, increased fatigue and frequent depressions. Deficiency of vitamin B2 causes serious visual impairment, sickle cell disease, dizziness, chronic fatigue syndrome. Absence or significant decrease in the dose of pyridoxine in the body leads to mental disorders, increased irritability, numbness of limbs, kidney stones, seborrhoeic eczema and hypothyroidism. In the case of insufficient amounts of vitamin B12, palpitations are noted, weight loss, loss of appetite, skin discoloration, constipation, or diarrhea.

We hope that now you understand the importance of these substances. As a rule, with food we do not get the necessary amount of vitamins. That is why a complex of B vitamins, as well as many others, should be taken additionally. This is especially recommended for those who often sit on diets, pregnant women, as well as people with bad habits.

It is worth noting that choosing a complex of vitamins for children, it is very important to give preference to those in which the vitamins of group B are present. They act in a complex way that positively affects the children's organism as a whole.

Well, of course, you can not ignore the beautiful floor. Vitamin complex for women, especially those who have crossed the 50-year threshold, must necessarily include the vitamins of group B.

In conclusion, it only remains to add one: watch your health and do not forget to fill up the supply of vitamins in your body!
