Climax in women, its symptoms and types

Menopause in women (in Greek - "step ladder") - this is a special period during which a woman passes from reproductive to non-productive. In other words, after the onset of menopause, a woman can no longer conceive.

The reason for the onset of menopause is the depletion of follicle reserves, in which ovules mature, as a result of which the function of the ovaries fades and the main female hormone estrogen ceases to be produced.

Many women with fear await menopause, as they are sure that it will proceed painfully, with many unpleasant symptoms. In fact, women who have good health, tolerate menopause easily. It is hard only for those who have serious health problems.

Climax in women is always accompanied by certain symptoms, by which you can find out that menopause is close. And you can start early hormonal treatment. Only a small percentage of women miss the onset of menopause due to the complete absence of symptoms.

So, one of the main signs of the approaching menopause are the so-called "hot flashes", during which women feel a strong fever and a rush of blood to the head and chest. The cause of these tides are problems with the vegetative system.

No less common and sharp changes in mood - from good to bad, from euphoria to depression. Almost manic-depressive syndrome. However, a depressive condition predominates, which is intensified by the changes occurring in the course of menopause in appearance - and not for the better. There are wrinkles, sagging breasts, hair fall out.

Another symptom most common in premenopausal women is discomfort during coition. It is caused by the fact that, due to the cessation of the production of estrogen, the elasticity of the vagina deteriorates, the lubricant ceases to be released. However, this problem is easily solved with the help of artificial lubricants, which can restore the former pleasure from sexual intercourse.

The above symptoms are not only the most common during menopause, but also the most inoffensive. Unfortunately, many women face much more serious problems. So, menopause in women can be accompanied by problems with the cardiovascular system, migraines, insomnia, osteoporosis, increased dryness of the skin of the body, recurrence of many old diseases, especially chronic ones.

It should be noted that women are not doomed to all the above-described suffering: the menopause in women will be much easier if you start a timely (before the onset of menopause) treatment with hormonal medications containing estrogen.

However, all of the above refers to the natural menopause, and he is not the only type of menopause. In medical terminology, the term "artificial climax" is very common. So what is this?

An artificial climax is the cessation of the functioning of the ovaries (permanent or temporary), which occurred as a result of purposeful intervention by doctors. Artificial menopause can be of three types: medicamentous, radiological and surgical.

The drug menopause occurs as a result of taking certain drugs. It is the most sparing, since with it the normal functioning of the ovaries is restored after one and a half to two months after stopping the medication.

Radiological climax is caused by the use of radiation therapy to stop the development of malignant tumors in the ovaries. After the termination of treatment restoration of function of ovaries is possible, however, not in full measure.

Surgical menopause occurs after removal of the ovaries surgically and is irreversible. It is indicated in cancer diseases of the female reproductive system.

With artificial menopause, the same symptoms and health problems are possible as with the natural.
