  • 60 milliliters of wine vinegar.
  • Kilo of chicken wings.
  • 60 ml of water and soy sauce.
  • 15 grams of cornmeal.
  • 20 milliliters of sesame oil.
  • 30 grams of sugar.
  • A teaspoon of ground chilli pepper.

Process description

First of all, you need to prepare the sauce. For this, sugar, corn flour and wine vinegar are combined in one bowl. There, poured water, ground chili, sesame oil and soy sauce. All is well mixed until all the loose components are dissolved and sent to the plate. Prepare the future sauce on low heat for no longer than five minutes.

Now you can do wings. They are washed, dried and dipped into the resulting sauce. Then the product is carefully laid out on a baking tray and the oven is placed. Option with honey and garlic

This dish has a pleasant taste and unusual flavor. It is prepared according to extremely simple technology and from budgetary ingredients. Therefore, it can often be submitted to a family table. To feed your family with chicken wings in sweet and sour sauce, make sure beforehand that you have all the necessary products at your fingertips. You will need:

  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey.
  • A pound of chicken wings.
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • ½ lemon.
  • 3 tablespoons of hot tomato sauce.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic.
  • A pod of hot chili peppers.

As in the previous case, you need to start the process with the preparation of the sauce. To do this, in one bowl combine chopped garlic, honey and chopped lemon slices. There, poured soy sauce and a half of chopped hot pepper. All mix well.

  • Kilo of chicken wings.
  • On a tablespoon of ketchup, soy sauce and mustard.
  • A bit of liquid honey.
  • A couple of teaspoons of finely crystalline salt.
  • Ripe apple.
  • 3 tablespoons of any refined oil.

To make the dish you have got a pleasant scent, it can add garlic, ground paprika, basil, oregano or any other herbs.

Algorithm of preparation

At the initial stage, you should do wings. With the pre-washed chicken cut the thinnest part and pull out the remaining feathers. All gently stir and cover with a lid. Prepare the chicken wings in sweet and sour sauce in a multivarker operating in the "Quenching" mode, for fifteen or twenty minutes. After the signal informing about the completion of the program, the dish is insisted for about a quarter of an hour and only then it is laid out into plates and served for lunch or dinner.
