Cooking method

The first thing we'll do is warm up the oven, where the cake "Kolibri" will go in a few minutes. Jamie Oliver argues that the dish will not cause any difficulties for the amateur culinary on the way to the shipment to the oven. By the way, the oven needs to be heated up to 180 degrees, no more. Prepare 2 baking dishes with a diameter of 23 cm, soak the parchment paper with olive oil and cover both containers.

We cook the dough. Pancake flour should be sifted through a sieve along with cinnamon. Now add sugar powder and sea salt to the flour . In a separate bowl, peel the ripe bananas and mash them with a fork until smooth mashed. Canned pineapples must be drained and cut into slices as finely as possible.

Baking

After the cakes have been taken out of the oven, separate the side surfaces of the baking from the mold with the blunt side of the knife, however, do not remove the contents until 10 minutes have elapsed. And now the mixer will be needed. Sift in a bowl of powdered sugar, add a soft oil and whip into a lush foam. Now put the cream cheese in the container. With limes it is necessary to proceed as follows: one with a small grater, remove the zest, cut the other half and squeeze the juice. Cake "Kolibri" has 3 stages of cooking. Now it is necessary to be engaged in preparation of an ornament from nuts, and glaze should be removed for a while in the refrigerator.

Decoration baking

Take the non-stick frying pan, place the powdered sugar in it, add a tablespoon of water to the container. Do not turn on a strong fire, the composition in any case in a couple of minutes will come to a boil. Do not use a spoon to stir, just rotate the frying pan, and the powder itself will dissolve. Now add the nuts in the pan, and at the end one more pinch of sea salt. Take the parchment leaf, put the contents of the pan there. When the composition cools down, pecans can be milled.

Collect immediately on the serving dish. Put one of the cooled down cakes there and grease with a piece of glaze. Then lay over the glaze and the second cake. Lubricate the top of the baking.
