Bronchitis - symptoms, causes and health hazards

It should be noted that bronchitis is one of the most common diseases of the respiratory system, more precisely, the lower part of them. The cause of the disease is inflammation of the bronchi directly caused by various microorganisms or even simply aggressive gases, sometimes trivial dust. It should be understood that bronchitis, the symptoms of which at first are similar to colds, requires a unique, specific treatment.

Depending on which disease became the primary source of such a disease as bronchitis, the symptoms may be significantly different, but it is worth noting that the main, most common option is an acute respiratory disease. It is worth considering it as the root cause. The ORZ itself can be caused by exposure to the body of a variety of microorganisms, including those that actively affect the bronchi, causing their inflammation, for example, PC infection. Actively can contribute to the development of bronchitis and diseases such as measles or influenza. It is worth remembering that the development of an active pathogenic microflora on the surface of the bronchi causes not only such an unpleasant moment as sputum in bronchitis, but also the spread of these very microorganisms through the blood to all organs, thus causing acute complications with troubled, sometimes long-term therapy.

Classification of bronchitis is quite complicated, but in the exaggerated version, specialists distinguish between two types - acute bronchitis and, accordingly, chronic. The most common in the philistine environment is acute bronchitis, which sometimes accompanies such frequent ARVI and ARI. The main sign of nascent bronchitis is a severe, unproductive cough in the background of other viral diseases, for example, influenza. Over time, the cough changes its type, turning into an expectorant with the release of mucus, in which there is pus. Strange as it may seem, when a cough changes, the patient often becomes better in a certain sense.

Another sign of such a disease as, bronchitis, the symptoms of which are described here, is certainly the fever. Often, this indicator can reach 38.5, and sometimes 40 degrees. But there are such situations, the most dangerous in everyday life. When there is no strong cough, and there is no fever, perhaps a slight malaise, people do not trivialize this event with any significance, suggesting a small cold that can be "crossed on their feet." Always in order to avoid complications, it is worthwhile to see a doctor.

The second option of such a disease as bronchitis, the symptoms of which will be discussed below, is chronic. The main sign of this disease, of course, is a chronic cough. Speech in this case is about a long (more than 12 weeks during the year) coughing, which is practically not amenable to treatment. It is interesting that even with exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, the body temperature of a person can practically not increase. Often there is a situation where a patient with a chronic form of bronchitis in the discharge during a cough may have a certain amount of blood. In this case, immediately it is necessary to consult a specialist such as a pulmonologist to exclude the possibility of oncology in the lungs or tuberculosis. Often in patients with chronic bronchitis there is shortness of breath. True, when it manifests itself, you should turn to specialists and check your heart just in case.

Remember that any disease is easier to prevent than than to courageously treat, be healthy and happy.
