In the village of Gorki, on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway, there is a wonderful restaurant "Veterok", which offers its guests to taste dishes of Italian, Japanese, Uzbek and Caucasian cuisine. Everything that concerns this institution is filled with excitement, which attracts the most real aesthetes.

This institution is the next creation of Novikov Group (Novikov Group), founded by Artem Mikhalkov and Arkady Novikov. This project was originally considered in the form of a semblance of a summer cottage, but in the process of its implementation into reality everything became somewhat more grandiose than it was planned before - luxurious details appeared that truly allow the institution to correspond to the status of the locality where the restaurant is located.

"Breeze" at first thought like a seasonal summer restaurant, but for a short time of its existence had a lot of real fans of its cuisine, and the developers of the project made adjustments - in the same style the nearby mansion was equipped, which allowed the institution to work in the cold season.

Interior

Gradually, already in the course of its activity, the cozy restaurant turned into a large medieval-style mansion with four summer verandas. The development of the interior of this institution was done by a young but very professional designer - Alexander Gatenyan (Bureau "Instudio").

"Breeze" - a restaurant, the interior of which is designed in the style of an Austrian chalet. Pastel shades prevail in furniture and other details. Around you can observe a lot of details from expensive wood. All available furniture is made in the style of traditional French classics. A kind of brutality design is given by massive dark lacquered tables, as well as leather sofas. In some places on the walls you can meet hunting trophies.

The main attraction of the institution is a huge fireplace, which in fact is a functional detail of the interior.

On the second floor of the mansion there is a VIP chamber hall intended for small banquets and business meetings, which is made in a classical style. It can accommodate up to 20 people in its walls.

As for the summer playgrounds, there are 4 of them in the institution, and as for their situation, everything is a bit different here than in the mansion. The terraces are decorated in a lighter, airy style, there are many bright details - colored cushions, canopies, as well as pots with greens, which bring freshness to the overall picture of the interior.

Chef

"Breeze" is a restaurant, the kitchen of which is headed by Ruslan Mutaliev, the chef, who is a pupil of the great French confectioner Pierre Erme and Alain Ducasse, a Michelin winner. After the first stages of teaching culinary skills, Ruslan worked in the restaurant "Biscuit", where he honed his skills. Then he became a co-owner of the grill-restaurant "Jo-Ju", which he opened with Andrei Tysyachnikov. In the same institution, he took the position of the sous-chef. Only after that, having a lot of experience in preparing dishes and managing the cuisine of the institution, Ruslan Mutaliev was invited to the "Veterok" for the position of chef.

Kitchen

Dishes of Japanese, Italian, Caucasian and Uzbek cuisines are ready to offer their guests a restaurant "Veterok". The menu of the institution is filled with unique, exquisite dishes, which will delight even the most demanding gourmets. Here are some names taken from it (divided into categories):

  • Salads and cold snacks: tartar of beef, tomato salad with basil and red onion, green salad with crab, buratta with tomatoes and capers, as well as all kinds of sliced and assorted.
  • Hot snacks: lamb dolma, gratin from the Far Eastern crab, kutaby.
  • Soups: borsch with chicken, soup noodles with porcini mushrooms, lagman, oxalic with quail eggs.
  • Hot dishes: cutlets from deer with cowberry sauce, beef stroganoff, pilaf with lamb, cabbage rolls with veal and sour cream.
  • Dishes from a wood-burning stove: sterlet in Astrakhan, sea bass, dorado, mullet, royal prawns, baked muksun with vegetables.
  • Desserts: tar-tar of fruits and berries, strawberry soup with ice cream, tiramisu, fruit and berry cheesecake.

Japanese cuisine is represented by a variety of rolls and sashimi. Also, the restaurant's menu offers several options for pasta and pizza. A separate chef is engaged in cooking dishes on the grill (a large assortment of lulia and shish kebab from different types of meat and fish, steak ribba, lamb rack).

Bar

The bar card is represented by a variety of cocktails, among them there are several branded ones that are prepared only by "Veterok". The restaurant has a separate wine map with a huge assortment of the best varieties of this drink, brought from different corners of the planet (France, Austria, Italy, Germany). A selection of elite types of strong alcohol is also offered separately.

The bar has a decent list of varieties of leaf tea and grain coffee. In general, the assortment of drinks receives only positive feedback from customers.
