Bolognese sauce: pasta according to the Italian recipe

How to cook a bolognese sauce

Take care not to form lumps. Pour the mixture into tomatoes, stir. Sauce combine with ground meat, simmer on the slowest fire. Approximate time is an hour. Only long-lasting languor will give a gentle taste to the sauce of the Bolognese. The pasta is cooked a few minutes before it is ready. Traditionally, the Italians are served with this spaghetti sauce, but if desired, you can use any sort of pasta. Before removing minced meat from the fire, put a clove of chopped garlic into it.
