What does the winter tackle consist of?

But apart from the bait, which plays the main role in winter fishing, the tackle itself is of great importance. Incorrectly selected components or improper installation can leave you without the desired catch.

To avoid this, let's figure out what the standard winter tackle consists of. For roach and other medium-sized peaceful fish, the kit for a non-stop hole fishing consists of:

Due to the fact that the bezmotalka for roach is a very delicate bait, a thick fishing line is inappropriate here. Its maximum thickness should not exceed 0.15 mm. The most commonly used line is 0.08-0.12 mm. The length of the line is selected from the calculation of the maximum depth of fishing with a margin in case of a break in the gear.

Do we need a bait

Some anglers are inclined to think that feeding a place for winter fishing is a useless occupation. Maybe so, but not for the windless. If a flock of roach will stand ten meters from the place of fishing, the fish will not be tempted only by the game of bait, especially in the deaf-mow.
