Beans with mushrooms - tasty and useful

Many people underestimate the benefits of such a product as beans. Let's try to cook such a delicious and simple dish as beans with mushrooms. We need a glass of dry beans for your taste - red or white, half a kilogram of champignons, about 200 grams of grated cheese, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, a little vegetable oil and finely chopped greens. Naturally, we will need more salt, pepper and other condiments, if desired.

Beans must be pre-boiled. Everyone knows that dry beans are brewed for a long time, so various tricks are used to speed up this process. For example, some people prefer to soak the beans for the night. Others, when boiling beans, pour a spoonful of very cold water into a saucepan every 15 minutes. Beans must be boiled without adding salt. Salt the legumes at the very end of cooking.

For a dish of Beans with mushrooms, fresh or frozen mushrooms or dry mushrooms can be used. They must also be pre-cooked and cut into slices. Now reheat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions in it, which can be cut finely or semirings. Then we send prepared mushrooms and beans to the pan, add a little mushroom broth, soy sauce, bay leaf and season it to taste. We extinguish everything together for about fifteen minutes, then turn off the heat, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and herbs, cover with a lid and let it brew for five minutes. Beans with mushrooms, if you want to get a lean dish, you can cook without cheese, replacing it with tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes, peeled and ground in a blender or on a grater. You can also add vegetables - carrots, bell peppers, celery root.

You can cook green beans with mushrooms. The recipe for this dish is also uncomplicated. We need two hundred grams of green beans and chopped mushrooms (and freshly frozen ones, too). Also it will be necessary to take a little butter, at will - sour cream, mayonnaise or eggs.

Heat the frying pan with butter, fry the mushrooms on it, then add the beans and stew until the softness of the vegetables, add salt and pepper. If desired, you can add sour cream, mayonnaise, or pour eggs into the dish. This beans with mushrooms is prepared quite quickly, so the dish can be recommended for breakfast.

And if there is no time at all, the beans with mushrooms can be cooked in a few minutes, using canned products. We need a bank of red or white beans and a can of champignons cut. Fry onion in a frying pan, put the cans there (after having drained the liquid), stew for a few minutes, and fill it with the taste - tomato sauce, sour cream or mayonnaise. This dish can be served separately or as a side dish to meat or poultry.
