Biography of Vera Matveeva: childhood and youth

She was born in 1945 (October 23) in the Khabarovsk Territory. Its native city was Kuibyshevsk-Vostochny (now Belogorsk of the Amur Region). Father Vera was a serviceman. And my mother received a secondary vocational education. But for many years the woman was a housewife. She brought up two daughters - the elder Faith and the younger Olya.

Our heroine from an early age demonstrated a love of music and singing. She loved to arrange home concerts. The audience was the parents of the Faith, as well as neighbors. All of them admired the wonderful voice of the girl - the coloratura soprano.

In 1951, the sisters began to master such instruments as pianoforte. The teacher came to their home. And in 1954 Olya and Vera entered the music school, which opened in Khimki. Girls were happy to attend classes.

Adulthood

In 1963, Vera Matveeva received a certificate of secondary education. With admission to the university she had to wait. The girl was not going to sit around her parents' neck . She got a job as a handyman at a machine-building plant. A fragile young lady persistently endured hard physical labor. However, she was paid very modestly for this. Therefore, Vera had to work part-time: first a proofreader in the newspaper, then a laboratory assistant in the Artillery Academy.

In our free time, our heroine read a lot. She was interested not only in art, but also in scientific literature. She felt a special passion for science fiction.

Moving to Moscow

In 1965, Matveeva succeeded in the first time to enter MISI them. V. Kuibyshev. Faith was considered one of the best female students on the course. In 1970, the girl received a long-awaited diploma. She was sent to work in Moscow as a young civil engineer. Faith was employed in the Institute Hydroproject. She was waiting for a good salary and prospects for further career growth.

Disease

Vera Matveeva did not work long at the Hydroproject. One day she felt sick. The girl was sent for examination. She had a tumor on the hard shell of the brain. In October 1970, Vera was operated. The doctors removed the tumor. But their forecasts were disappointing - the girl had to live a maximum of 4-6 years.

Creative activity

It was a serious illness that aggravated all feelings and emotions in Matveeva. She used to write poetry. But those works that were created from 1970 to 1974, were the most vivid and famous.

Part of his poetry Vera Matveeva (photo above) has shifted to music. During periods of improving health, our heroine performed with concerts. The girl was supported by her friends and colleagues: V. Berezhkov, V. Luferov and A. Mirzayan. That's not all. The works of Matveyeva Vera were published in the well-known journal Nauka i zhizn. Her industriousness could only be envied.

Despite the illness, our heroine continued to live a normal life. She married Abram Uster. The couple moved to Odessa. Being in this sea city, the girl continued to perform not only her songs, but also compositions of Turian, Kim and Okudzhava.

After Vera left, her relatives found songs in which she seemed to say goodbye to the whole world. Take, for example, the composition "about black gouache and about hope." In her voice of Faith sounds special. The girl understands that the chances of survival are no more. This becomes clear by the phrase "hope waving".

Death

Vera Matveeva left painfully. In recent months, she practically did not eat anything, only drank mineral water. The girl prepared her soul for a meeting with God. Several times a day our heroine read the Gospel. She left this world on August 11, 1976. The funeral of the Faith was practiced by her friends and relatives. She found her last shelter in the cemetery in Firsanovka.

In 1978 was released a record with 5 songs Matveeva. The whole edition was sold out for a few weeks by her fans. But that is not all. In 1989, the company "Melody" published an album consisting of two records. For several years in the suburbs were held memory tours of V. Matveeva.
