Audi And Porsche Will Pay To Their Employees Record Bonuses According to 2011 Results

Each of the 44,800 employees of Audi will receive a premium for the results of the past 2011 at a rate of more than 8,250 euros, which equals two average monthly salaries. Employed at enterprises in Hungary and Belgium will also receive similar bonuses for two months. Those working in the Porsche factories will also receive a significant premium amount of 7,600 euros each. The prize will be given to all employees who work from January 1, 2011.

For employees working at Audi, this is the second such big prize. In 2011, according to the results of 2010, a premium of almost 6,500 euros was paid. Turnover Audi in 2011 amounted to 44 billion euros, profit 5, 34 billion euros. The company was especially active in the market of China and the United States. In 2012, sales figures are even higher than in 2011.

Porsche also announced a record level of the number of cars produced in 2011 - 118,868 units. Last year, employees of this concern received an average premium of 1,700 euros.

The intention to pay 4 4100 euros to each employee was announced in the concern Daimler.

Suppliers of components for motorists also announced their intention to encourage their employees. So in concern Continental intend to award their employees a total of 70 million euros. In Germany, the divisions of the concern employ about 50,000 people. Last year the prize was 600 euros. This year, the amount per employee will be 660 euros.

On March 13, the BMW Concern will also consider the 2011 award.

However, it is noted that, for example, the amount of bonus payments to 7 members of Audi's board will amount to 14, 3 million euros. This is 40% more than these members of the board receive for the year.

It should be remembered that in Germany, the "appetites" of the management of concerns in previous years in 2008 and 2009, when the management of the companies rewarded themselves with multi-million bonuses, which caused bewilderment in the society, were noted more than once.

It was noted that the leaders of the Volkswagen concern, for example, received bonuses in 2008 in the amount significantly exceeding their annual salaries. The sums of premiums reached up to 3 million euros. But most of all then distinguished the leadership of Porsche, which received bonuses of 50 million euros.

Did the leaders of the German automotive industry take criticism and demands in society for curbing the "appetites" of the leaders of the concerns? Or they decided to share and thus reduce the expected wave of criticism?

Last year, employees of the Volkswagen concern received large bonuses of more than 4,000 euros each. This year the number of bonuses has grown. Is the ice moving?
