Types of snacks

This dairy product is perfectly combined with many ingredients that are used in the preparation of snacks in the form of various additives. It is equally good with fruits, and with fish, and with spicy seasonings, and with vegetables, and with smoked products. Perfectly combines cottage cheese with herbs (the recipe for preparing exactly such snacks, and not one, we'll give below).

Mixed with all kinds of fillers, it is often used in this form as fillings for tartlets, rolls and simply as paste for spreading on a sandwich. Or it is the base for cooking a separate dish. Cottage cheese dishes can be not only cold, but also hot. In addition, depending on the ingredients, they can be prepared both in the form of desserts, and in the form of snacks served to the table in front of the main hot dish.

An interesting feature of the product: the landlady, having at his disposal any one type of curd mass, say, the same cottage cheese with greens, the recipe for creating one or another snack can be modified at its discretion.
