For comparison, take a collection business. This business is now very well developed. The collectors have software, more and more often there is a literature about the activities of collection agencies, they are talking about the adoption of the law at the federal level on their activities.

People read, are interested, ask, collectors have access to databases, besides, according to their social status, customers of collectors are Banks, who always have money.

Thus, their business is informed, analyzed, on their side, both the court and the bailiff service. In our country, debtors do not like. And what can you take from the debtor ??

Anti-collectorism in Russia appeared much later than collection agencies. If we can now say that collectors have settled in our society, then the Russian population has not yet become accustomed to anti-collectors.

And this is not accidental. Must pass years. Anti-collectors should create more than one Association of anti-collector agencies, books, articles, software should appear. It takes time.

Finally, there is a portal of anti-collectors, where you can communicate, discuss topics, ask questions. I think that this is a big step towards the formation of anti-collectivism.

So far - that we are far behind the development of collection services. This fact must be recognized only for the purpose of combining anti-collectors, and put maximum efforts and resources to develop this direction.

Of course, many are leaving this market. This is primarily due to the fact that a simple person is very difficult to resist a powerful state machine called the Bank. Naturally, not experienced, just starting businessmen - anti-collectors are defeated. And to suffer defeat, to accept strikes steadfastly - business not idle time.

However, not everything is so bad. Despite the numerical superiority of collection campaigns - they can and must be fought with. There are positive moments in our activities. It is encouraging that the Supreme Judicial Bodies supported borrowers in their recently issued Resolutions, and Rospotrebnadzor clearly stands on the side of borrowers.

In the recent past, the Roskomnadzor of the Russian Federation, as well as the Prosecutor's Office, rose to the side of borrowers. For stable development, it is necessary to conduct actions, write complaints about violations of borrowers' rights, seek help and clarification from the state, hold round tables, develop oneself, publish literature, communicate the word anti-collector to the client and what his service consists of.

In general, there is work, and there is a lot of work. You just need to strive for some kind of cohesion. Only in this case it will be possible to talk about anti-collectivism as a new movement in Russia.

At the present time, it can be said that collectors are more united, they communicate with each other, help. Experiencing for mistakes. They like living in their own world, they speak their own language.

That's to such a cohesion, I call all the anti-collectors, all the defenders of debtors. Unite and become good professionals, do not "run around the cafes" to meet with debtors, potential customers, do not hide and play spies. Act openly, because our activity is not prohibited by law. Why should we be afraid ??

The open nature will allow us to quickly learn about us to our customers and will allow us to take the leading positions in this business.
