For 1 serving of soup you will need half a glass of lentils, a small onion, olive oil for roasting, garlic to taste, salt, a mixture of ground pepper, ½ boiled chicken egg, a teaspoon of flour and a slice of black bread.

First you need to wash and boil the lentils, according to the instructions on its packaging. Then it is added finely chopped onions and garlic, passed through the press. Cook until the vegetables are ready, cool a bit and rub through a sieve (it is better not to use the blender to not turn the mass into puree, pieces of ingredients should be felt in the dish). Separately, in a frying pan fry in flour to a golden color and mix with the broth. After that, bring the soup to a boil, salt, sprinkle with pepper and serve, adding a chopped egg. To make the dish more nutritious, you can fry it a piece of black bread in cream or olive oil.

Recipe for lentil soup "Dal" (Indian version)

This spicy and fairly spicy dish is very common in vegetarian cuisine. It is prepared from several types of cereals, which makes it very nutritious and quite tasty. At 200 gr. Red lentils will need 100 gr. Rice, a large onion, a pair of cloves of garlic and ghee (about 100 grams). From spices are useful curry, red pepper, ground ginger and zira, dried basil and salt. All spices are added to taste, in the original half a teaspoon, but you can reduce the dosage.

In a frying pan spread the melted butter and fry on it finely chopped onions with garlic, adding spices at the end. After that, both masses are mixed, brought to a boil and removed from the fire. The recipe for lentil soup in Turkish

The dish also refers to vegetarian cuisine. It can be served as soup-puree, wiping the mass with a blender (in the original they do so), but you can not do it. In both cases it turns out delicious. A glass of red lentil requires half a liter of water, a small onion, a couple of spoons of tomato paste. You also need salt, mint, lemon juice, vegetable oil and ground pepper. All spices are added to taste.

Lentils are washed beforehand and poured with water for at least an hour, but it is possible and more. Finely chopped onions are fried, adding tomato. Then pour in 2 liters of water and boil until cooked lentils on low heat, salt and pepper.

If you cook lentil soup, the recipe will be the same, but at this stage the mass is rubbed with a blender. Next in the prepared dish add mint, pour lemon juice and serve with cakes.
